Hello friends, today I am going to tell you the best and right way to drink water to be healthy. But before that, it will be important to understand why our body needs water? Everyone usually consumes water to quench their thirst, but apart from this, our body can normalize its temperature and maintain other physiological functions by using water in all its cells, organs and tissues. Because our body loses water through breathing, sweating, and digestion, it is important to rehydrate by drinking fluids and eating foods with water.
No matter what season it is but we should always drink plain water because drinking plain water has proved to give more energy to your body throughout the day. Some people want to avoid drinking cold water. Drinking cold water is not a good remedy when there is a cold or flu or slows down digestion. Although drinking cold water has its benefits. Drinking cold water during exercise can help keep your body from excess heat and can make your workout session more successful. This is probably because drinking cold water makes it easier for your body to maintain a low core temperature.
Drinking plain water or room temperature water has always been considered beneficial which keeps you hydrated and gives you more energy. This is the right way to drink water to be healthy.

Drink Clean Water
I would like to suggest to you people to drink clean water as much as possible. Clean/Mineral water helps us stay away from various types of diseases. We have to arrange a clean drinking water. For this, we can boil water and cover it in a pot, bottle or jar, whichever you find convenient. Also, in today’s high-tech environment, there are many water purifiers that can purify the water and can make it perfect for drinking.
Now I will tell you, what is the right way to drink water according to the normal daily schedule.
Drinking lukewarm water after waking up early in the morning helps to activate your internal organs. Drinking water before the first meal of the day helps in removing any toxins.
Drinking a glass of water before bathing helps in keeping the blood pressure down.
Drink water half an hour (30 minutes) before meals, this helps a lot in digesting food. Remember not to drink water immediately before or immediately after meals, as water dilutes the digestive juices. In the event of chili or food getting stuck while eating, drinking one or two sips of water is not bad, but keep in mind that the right way to drink water is only after one hour after eating so that the body can absorb nutrients properly.
Drink a glass of water one hour (60 minutes) before sleeping at night. This will easily compensate for the loss of any fluid that occurs at night.

Having a schedule of drinking water helps you remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. You can adjust it according to your convenience.
